Monica's classes are an exploration of memory and sensation heavily influenced by her Masters thesis research. Her current interests are rooted in the after life, paranormal activities (and the ritual surrounding these), time travel, and the overall horror of grief. Movers will flow through movement meditations meant to create a collective energy of healing and connectivity.
