SKilSet Movement Studios in collaboration with the Center for Detroit Arts & Culture at Marygrove presents EPITOME: The Inaugural Fundraiser. The event is a benefit showcase designed to raise funds to help provide FREE CLASSES with Celebrity Dance Artists for Metro-Detroit's HS/College Dancers.

The evening will consist of a pre-show cocktail hour featuring special performances from professional dance artists throughout the community and the debut of S2MS's Youth Dance Artist Development Program, hor d'oeuvres, easy listening and an open bar for the enjoyment of the patrons. Following the cocktail hour, the benefit performance will include an array of choreographic works featuring S2MS's YDAD Program as well as performances by some of Michigan's finest dance companies, including but not limited to, Melodic Nocturne Dance Tribe, Intertwine Movement Collective and more. Concluding the evening of spectacular dance will be the After Party Celebration which will be a party to remember. Complete with more incredible performances, an amazing dj, a fun-filled photo booth, a yummy concession stand, improv sessions, ciphers and dance battles like only Detroit Dancers can produce, tons of vendors for your liking and an open bar!!! This celebration of Michigan dance you won't want to miss....
